Last night here in London, I sat in a room with powerful women founders discussing Start With You by @emmagrede hosted by @tiwalowla & @amaa__official … and the conversation shifted something in me.

We talked about everything: money, negotiation, health, faith, business, but what stood out most was this:

The right rooms will stretch you, challenge you, and remind you what’s actually possible. 💡

A few things I’m taking with me: 💭

✨1. Operate in your zone of genius (where passion meets skill and things flow)

✨2. Use your voice (even when it feels uncomfortable)

✨3. Working hard has a ceiling. Strategy doesn’t

✨4. You have to get comfortable being the next version of yourself

✨5. Take care of your mind, body, and soul

✨6. There is no shortage of money or opportunity (position yourself and go get it)

Sometimes the breakthrough isn’t doing more…

…it’s changing where you are.
